Artist Alijah Villain commemorated Martin Luther King day by reimagining Black actors and actresses as popular superheroes.
There's certainly a dearth of representation of black actors in these roles. Anthony Mackie's role in Captain America is a rare exception, and there's an ongoing campaign to draft Lupita Nyong'o to play Storm.
