SNL's Sasheer Zamata Set For Comedy Stand Up Tour

Sasheer Zamata made waves when she became the first Black woman comedian on Saturday Night Live after Maya Rudolph's departure in 2007. Zamata is making even more moves with the announcement of her new American tour: Whiskey on the Rocks Tour.

UCB Comedy's Pursuit of Sexiness, featuring Zamata and Nicole Byer, made our list of fourteen incredible web series created by and starring Black women. Zamata's work can also be seen on the web series Clench and Release, Above Average, and Comedy Central.
