Beyoncé fans have been in formation for almost two months patiently waiting on the release of the singer's sixth album.
Many worried that Queen Bey would launch her world tour next week without giving fans new music, but her top secret Lemonade project which premiered on HBO tonight provided exactly what the BeyHive and the BeyHive adjacent have been hoping for.
Before the hour-long television event concluded, Lemonade became available on Tidal. The 12-song album is a "conceptual project based on every woman’s journey of self-knowledge and healing," Tidal said in a statement.
On the album, she collaborates with Jack White, The Weeknd, James Blake, and Kendrick Lamar.
The visual album proved to be heavy-fare divided into 10 parts. It featured poetry from Somali-British poet Warsan Shire.
According to reports, the album will be available to stream exclusively on Tidal for 48 hours.
