Protestors Launch CampaignZero to Provide Comprehensive Solutions to Police Violence

Campaign ZERO was developed by activists Brittany Packnett, Johnetta Elzie, Deray Mckesson
and Samuel Sinyangwe with contributions from activists, protesters and researchers across the nation. The interactive website says "this data-informed platform presents comprehensive solutions to end police violence in America. It integrates community demands and policy recommendations from research organizations and the President's Task Force on 21st Century Policing. Together, we will win."

The newly launched website has a host of materials and dedicated to ending police violence in America.

Campaign ZERO provides comprehensive policy agendas that provide actions federal, state, and local officials should take, tracking documents to show what many of the 2016 Presidential Candidates have proposed to address the issue of police violence to date, and a comprehensive package of urgent policy solution including ending policing of minor "broken windows" offenses, ending policing for profit, limiting police use of force, demilitarizing the police, recording all police interactions with civilians, and more.
