Despite Steve McQueen's "12 Years a Slave" taking home the top prize at the Oscars and Lupita's big win, racial parity in the film industry remains a far off goal. The New York Film Academy created a brilliant and informative infographic that displays just how much more progress needs to be made toward adequate representation of Blacks on film.
