Keke Palmer to Star as Broadway's First Black Cinderella

Keke Palmer isn't even old enough to drink, but she's already got a number of credits to her name. At the start of the summer, Keke became the youngest talk show host in US television history. And this September, Keke will take on the title role in 'Rodgers & Hammerstein's Cinderella' on Broadway.

When she steps into the role on September 9, she'll be the first Black woman to take on the role. Though Brandy starred in a televised version with Whitney Houston in 1997.

Keke shared the news today on Twitter.

Congratulations, Keke!
