The first photos of the cast of NBC's The Wiz Live! have been released. They showcase new comer Shanice Williams in the role of Dorothy as well as the actors playing Scarecrow, Tin Man, and Lion.
The production will also star Queen Latifah as the Wiz, Mary J. Blige as Evillene, the Wicked Witch of the West, Stephanie Mills, as Auntie Em, Uzo Aduba as Glinda, the Good Witch of the South, and Amber Riley, as Addaperle, the Good Witch of the North.
